  • When it comes to guillotine shearing, accuracy is everything. And thanks to the DAC360/DAC350/DAC362S system controls, the backguage, shearing strokes, cutting angles and the clearance between the upper and lower blades operate with great precision.

    • Ram stroke can be adjusted automatically to achieve fast and accurate shearing of short work pieces, improving productivity.
    • High-speed backguage is driven by linear guide-way and ball-screw, reaching a speed of up to 250mm/s with a sheet re-feed of up to 1000mm.
    • System can automatically adjust the clearance between upper and lower blades for different materials of varying thickness - improving shearing quality further.
